SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3-7 business days
Canada: 5-12 business days
International: 7-21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Atlas International proudly ships to customers around the world. International shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country.
• Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated shipping times.
• Atlas International is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@atlasinternationalpro.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Atlas International is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered
• Stolen packages
• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Weather-related delays
• Customs delays

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. Our support team will gladly assist where possible.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review the claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Packages returned due to:

• Incorrect addresses
• Refused delivery
• Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
• Failure to claim the package

may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may not be available for shipment to all countries due to local regulations, carrier limitations, or import restrictions. Atlas International reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or practically be shipped to the destination country.
